Will it really fit under my seat?
ROAM is built to 40 × 30 × 20 cm — inside the personal-item limit for Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air and most European carriers. Always check your specific fare; some ultra-low-cost tickets restrict even personal items.
Does compression wrinkle my clothes?
Rolling rather than folding keeps creasing minimal, and vacuum pressure is even, not sharp. Hang items on arrival; merino, synthetics and denim recover in minutes. Linen still behaves like linen.
Do I need the pump?
No — you can press the air out by hand in about 20 seconds. The free travel pump just makes it faster and gets a little more out.
